BOXINGTON ADVISES WTW ON THE SALE OF SAVILLE ASSESSMENT

THE DEAL

WTW, a global provider of people, risk and capital solutions, has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Saville Assessment (“Saville”), a global provider of market-leading psychometric assessment products to Tenzing Private Equity (“Tenzing”), a European private equity investor.

Saville is a globally renowned provider of digital-first talent assessment products, covering Wave, its flagship personality questionnaire, as well as aptitude tests, talent analytics and SJTs. Its scientifically rigorous assessments are available in over 35 languages, sold in 80 countries, and utilised by global brands, including Jaguar Land Rover and Ricoh for talent selection, identification and development.

Tenzing is a UK headquartered, European focused investor in leading technology and technology-enabled businesses. Saville is the eighth investment within Tenzing’s £400m Fund II.
